
The Ethical
Humanist Society of the Triangle supported a weekly radio
broadcast called "Ethics Matters" on the community station
WCOM-LP, 103.5 FM. The program aired Saturday mornings at 8:00,
and was
hosted by James Coley, produced by Frank Keary ,
and Scott Waybright provided technical support. program
Topics of discussion ranged from the philosophical foundations
of moral values, to the relationship between ethics and Humanism,
to local and national issues in politics, economics and society.
Guests interviewed on the broadcasts have included philosophers
Simon Blackburn, Susan Wolf and Doug MacLean; Mark Kleinschmidt,
the mayor of Chapel HIll; Mark Chilton, the mayor of Carrboro;
and Hodding Carter III, the State Department spokesman in the
Carter administration.

Matters. This program is no longer
aired but archives of past programs are available.

Leaders. The New York Ethical Culture Society has posted 22

more you can see produced by ethical culture organizations
and individuals. All are well worth watching.
